After too long, we finally got Beck's little room all put together. Can you tell who put all of the decorations on the wall? I won't call it "brainwashing"....maybe just "starting him early." :):) I apologize in advance that some of these photos are a little blurry...I'm working on mastering the manual mode on my camera...I've got some work to do!

We borrowed a bouncy chair from Grandma Bassett, and despite the fact that I think Beck is still just a little too small for it, he still has fun being a little more in control.

I wanted to post a couple of pictures of Beckham's curly hair. I just think it's cute. The first two I just took yesterday, and then last two are from a while back. :)

This is Beck's Bumbo! He's just getting so big. He's getting better and better at sitting up tall!

Here's a video of Beck doing what he does best - being HAPPY! He's such a good-natured little boy. He is a little camera shy, though, so the amount of 'talking' he does in this video is not even close to what he normally has to say. This video better work...it's taking a CENTURY to download! It's a bit long, so don't feel like you have to watch the entire thing. Alright, it's been almost 45 minutes, should I just give up?

First Christmas!

Since my parents were away in Texas visiting my sister and her family, we had Christmas with them a couple of weeks early. We had a good dinner and opened gifts before Kyle had to leave for school that evening. This was just the beginning of our Christmas Extravaganza!

Beck's first Christmas Eve was complete with sledding in the mountains, dinner, a live nativity, a pinata, and a talent show at Great Grandma B's, and a sleepover with the Hardy cousins! Whew! On Christmas day Beck woke up before anybody else. He was ready to open his presents! We opened gifts with the Hardy fam and then had omelets for breakfast. For Christmas dinner we all went to Kyle's aunt Carol's house, where we had a fun White Elephant gift exchange. I ended up with an Oscar Meyer weenie whistle, and Kyle got a tape measure. It was 2 crazy fun filled days.
